Two thieves were robbing a bank. They tied and gagged the bank manager and put the rest of the employees in the vault. They filled their sacks with money and were ready to leave when they heard the manager thrashing around on the floor trying to remove the gag from his mouth. He had lowered the gag somewhat and was urgently trying to tell them something. Curiously, the robbers went over to the man, lowered the gag, and asked him what he was so urgently trying to tell them. The bank manager took a big breath and said, “Please, I’ll do whatever you want me to do, but take these books on the floor beside me.”…
