DESIGNATED GIVING
The congregation was taking up a special collection to add to the salaries of pastors who received very inadequate salaries because they worked in very small churches who simply couldn’t pay more. On the face of one check was written, “For some inadequate pastor.” Pastor, does your paycheck seem to send you this kind of message? Or are you being paid with the coin of another realm?
