SHARING IS AN UPHILL STRUGGLE
A lot of times we are too selfish to share. We’re like the little boy whose mother was watching her two sons going up and down the hill on a sled. The younger boy was never riding. She scolded the older boy: “John, you shouldn’t always keep everything for yourself. I’ve told you before to share all your toys with your brother. Let him play with the sled at least half the time.” “I have been,” John replied, “I take the sled going downhill and then he pulls it uphill.” Sometimes we try to figure out ways to “share” without really sharing.
