VINCE FOSTER ON TIME
Just six weeks before Vince Foster, deputy presidential counsel to President Clinton, was reported to have taken his own life, he had spoken to the graduating class of Arkansas University School of Law. Mr. Foster had just celebrated his 25th anniversary with his wife Lisa. He and his wife were married in Fayetteville, Arkansas when Vince was a student at the Arkansas University School of Law. Now he stood before these aspiring young lawyers as a seasoned veteran.
