“Sing to Yahweh a new song! Sing to Yahweh all the earth! Sing to Yahweh, bless His Name” (Psalms 96:1).

Walter Kerr, the renowned New York Times Drama Critic, once wrote a review of an Off-Broadway Musical in which he tried to describe the composer ’s inner-joy which was so eloquently reflected in his music. Mr. Kerr wrote:

Something inside him — one feels that it is his own inner-happiness — appropriates everything, as a colony of birds might, and then releases it. One imagines the composer walking down the avenue singing the street signs.

Isn’t that delightful to hear as we prepare to celebrate Christmas! I don’t suppose any of us are apt to burst into song over something…
