Cold weather. Whether it is snow or freezing rain or even a sunny day with freezing temperatures and a biting cold breeze, winter can be tough to take. So we bundle up in our warmest clothes. We try to hide any exposed areas of our bodies under wool or any other warm material we can get. We tend to stay inside more. We like to huddle up where it is warm and cozy. But therein lies the danger. While we make every effort to shut out the cold, we often shut other people out as well.
