In the Old Testament saga, Israel’s greatest King is David. He was called the “Lion of Judah,” the “Warrior King.” David was a great military leader. He had great expertise in financial affairs. He was a great organizer/administrator. He was King of Israel during her “Golden Age “-in fact, he was largely responsible for bringing it about.
