An avid conservationist was driving up the Florida coast with her young son. She noticed a sign saying, “Naturist Camp.” Assuming that the camp had something to do with conservation, she drove in, parked the car and headed toward the beach. Contrary to her expectation, she quickly realized that the “Naturist” camp was actually a nudist camp when she and her son saw before them a group of people, all stark naked, cycling along the beach. The five-year-old boy stared quizzically at the scene, then cried out, “Look, Mom, they’re not wearing safety helmets.”
The obvious condition of the cyclists went unnoticed because the child had other expectations, that is, if you ride a bike, you’d better wear a helmet for protection.
