A young man was anxious to change his uptight attitude and approach to life.

He was looking for a book that might help him and he spotted one on the library shelf entitled How to Hug. He quickly took the book to a quiet place and began to read. And there he discovered that he had selected the eighth volume of an encyclopedia.

How to Hug! It is remarkable to consider how often the Gospel writers seem to go out of their way to tell us about how Jesus changed people’s lives by means of a healing touch.
