When it comes to exotic dinner table delicacies — especially meats — when someone asks, “what does that taste like?” the predicable answer is, chicken! I am told that not only do frog’s legs taste like chicken, but so does squab, turtle, alligator, quail, rabbit and rattlesnake — to name just a few. And now, thanks to some enterprising food techs, we can add to that list . . . fingernails! That’s right.
