That comic genius Jerry Lewis once said that the best wedding gift he received was a film of his entire wedding ceremony — start-to-finish. He explained that when things get really bad in his marriage, he can go into a room, close the door, run the film backward, and walk out a free man.
If some of you are feeling that things are really bad in your life right now, Jesus is inviting you to go into a room, close the door, and run the film of your life backward, so to speak. He wants you to go all the way back to the moment you came into this world. He wants you to know that from the very beginning, your heavenly Father cared for you and cherished you and loved you because you are you.
