A man who conducted one of those “get rich” seminars was relaxing in an out-of-the-way little retreat, hidden among pine trees. “It was just past noon,” he said, “late July, and I was listening to the desperate struggle going on four feet away”…

“There was a small fly burning out the last of its short life’s energies in a futile attempt to fly through the glass of a windowpane. The fluttering wings tell the poignant story of the fly’s strategy: Try harder! But it wasn’t working. The frenzied efforts offered no hope for liberation.
