HUNTER GOOFS AND HITS A GOAT
Ionia, Michigan. (UPI) – Al Kasper dropped the first bow-killed buck of the season near his home this week. Unfortunately, his kill won’t make it into the record books or even the family trophy room. Kasper’s buck was one of the family goats killed by a stray arrow that sailed high over the intended target – a manure pile. “I was sighting in my bow, shooting at a manure pile near the goat fence,” Kasper, 21, on Ionia, said. “I used the wrong sight and it angled off and hit a buck goat. I got it right in the shoulder.”
