HELL IS THE PLACE
A couple of nuns attended a baseball game. Behind them sat a group of belligerent anti-Catholics. They were making lude comments about these two gracious ladies in front of them. They named a few places they could go to get away from so many Catholics. They obnoxiously suggested places like Texas were there are some, Oklahoma where there are fewer and finally Alaska where there are almost no Catholics at all. One of the nuns could endure this no longer. She turned around and looked the foolish men in the eye. “Sir, there are no Catholics in Hell; perhaps that is where you would really like to go!” Adapted from The Be-Happy Attitudes, by Robert Schuller, pg. 77
