MY GOOD FORTUNE
Remember the story of the lad whose thoughtful grandfather gave him two half dollars one hot July day to purchase ice cream sundaes for himself and his little sister? On the way to the ice cream shop, one of the half dollars somehow slipped out of his pocket and rolled into a gopher hole. “How fortunate it was,” the boy reported later on a positive note to his grandfather, “that although we lost sister’s half dollar, I was able to hold on to mine!” Author unknown
