VALVES OPEN TO POWER
Frank Laubach, one of the great inspiring persons of this century, tells a story about the time he was in India and decided to take a tour of new electro-generating plant. He saw an enormous dam, which was used for the production of electrical energy. He took an elevator down to see the massive turbines driven by the pressure of water against the curved vanes of the wheels. But he noticed that no electricity was being generated. “Why isn’t energy being produced?” he asked the tour guide. “I mean, there’s the dam, the water, and the turbines; why isn’t it working?” The guide replied, “The valve is closed, The water is not flowing through right now.
