THE ULTIMATE EXCEPTION
Someone has noted: “Fifteen million minutes of life on the earth, in the midst of a wicked and corrupt generation — every thought, every deed, every purpose, every work, privately and publicly, from the time He opened His baby eyes until He ascended to the Father, were all approved by God. Never once did our Lord have to confess any sin, for He had no sin.” Jesus said, in John 8:29, “I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.” And in John 8:46 He adds, “which of you convicts me of sin?” His whole life was a testimony of the validity of His confession! Dramatist Harold Pinter paints a woeful picture in his plays. After reviewing one of them, drama critic John Russell Taylor wrote, “Can we ever know the truth about anybody or anything?
