RETROSPECTIVE PICTURE OF MOM
Some forty years later a son writes concerning his mother: I can remember many fond recollections of a loving mother. Several times today I saw in my own mind’s eye a picture of a very young and beautiful mother as she bundled up her little boy and sent him off to school. I see a picture of a mom baking chocolate cake for the delight of her little boy, Steve. I still love those black-eyed peas and that corn bread. Your influence on me is great and I love you very much.Written by Steve Hodgin, Cave Springs, Arkansas
