SHOT BY A JEALOUS HUSBAND
Three elderly men were discussing the type of accidental death to be preferred: The first man, who was eighty years old said, “My preference would be to fall to earth suddenly in a plane.” The eighty-five-year-old man said, “I should prefer to go down with a ship in a ocean.” Then the ninety-year-old said, “I should like to be shot by a jealous husband.” That may be nothing more than wishful thinking! Be that as it may, we can’t decide how we are going to die, but we can decide how we are going to live.
