TOO YOUNG TO MARRY
Annie and Ken were four year olds and have been close friends all their lives. Their parents are the closest of friends. Annie and Ken have always assumed they would eventually marry each other. As she came to the bottom, she called out, “Ken, here I am.” Ken took one look and burst into tears. He turned to his mother and said, “I don’t want to get married yet. I don’t have a job, and I don’t want to leave home yet.” An actual account from the nursery school of a church I formerly served
