WRONG VERSE
A pastor in the Chicago area started a church with just a few attenders. This work became a large vibrant fellowship. In its early days, however, everyone was needed. His junior-high son was in the early stages of learning the piano, but was quickly recruited to play for the Sunday evening service in their home. The son survived the first verse of the first song. Then his father confidently continued, “Now let’s sing the second verse.” The pastor’s son panicked, “But Dad, I only know how to play the first verse!”
