Four-year-old Noah was contentedly stroking his cat before the fire. The cat, also happy, began to purr loudly. Noah suddenly seized her by the tail and dragged her away from the hearth. His mother said “Noah, you must not hurt your kitty.” “I’m not,” said Noah. “But I’ve got to get her away from the fire. She’s beginning to boil.”
