GOSPEL IS LOVE
Several years ago a study was made of some Princeton Divinity students in order to determine how closely they followed the teachings of the Good Samaritan. The group of students were told that they were participating in a study of religious careers, and each student was sent across campus to do an impromptu speech. Some were told that the speech would be on the Good Samaritan. On the way an actor staged a heart attack as the student walked by. In a majority of the cases the students just walked on by. In one case a student preparing to talk on the Good Samaritan literally stepped on the man feigning the attack in order to get to his meeting.
