MOM KNOWS
Before Thanksgiving a teacher was describing to her second-graders the hardships of the Pilgrims during their first winter. She emphasized how difficult life was for them — shortage of food and clothing — difficult to take care of the family. In the midst of her story a little boy raised his hand and exclaimed: “Too bad my mommy wasn’t there. She always know what to do!” Moms always seem to know what to do, always seem to manage even in difficult situations.
