or HERD? It is interesting that Scripture portrays Christ as a good shepherd, not a good cowboy. Sheep are led, not driven. The shepherd goes ahead, testing the dangers before the sheep occupy the terrain. Continue to learn and grow and to lead by example rather than coercion.
