FOUR BASIC SMALL GROUP INGREDIENTS
Ron Nicholas of Colonial Congregational Church of Edina, Minnesota enumerates four basic ingredients of a successful small group. Here is a summary of these four ingredients: 1) Nurture: Growth in mind and spirit. 2) Worship: Response toward God of praise and adoration. 3) Community: Caring for and sharing with those of our group in words and in actions. 4) Mission: Outreach into the community and the world with the love and message of Christ.
