Good morning, boys and girls. Have you ever noticed how important it is to put the right fuel into your body? Imagine if someone ate candy for breakfast, cupcakes for lunch, and cookies for dinner. They might enjoy it for a little while, but before long they would probably feel tired and sick.

Now let’s pretend we are planning healthy meals for a whole day. For breakfast, maybe we would choose fruit, cereal, and milk. For lunch, perhaps a sandwich, apple slices, and carrots. And for dinner, maybe chicken, rice, and vegetables. Those foods help our bodies grow strong and healthy.

But today Jesus reminds us that people need more than food for their bodies. We also need food for our hearts and souls. In the Bible, Jesus says, “I am the Bread of Life.” That means Jesus gives us the spiritual strength we need each day.

When we pray, read our Bibles, worship, and show kindness to others, we are feeding our spirits just as healthy food feeds our bodies. And the wonderful thing is this: Jesus never runs out of love to give. Every day He is ready to help us grow stronger in faith, hope, and love.

So, this week, whenever you sit down for a meal, remember to thank God not only for food for your body, but also for Jesus, the Bread of Life, who feeds your soul.

Good morning, boys and girls. Many of you have probably heard people talk about kings and queens. Some countries still have royal families, with crowns, castles, and big celebrations. And of course, there are pretend kingdoms too — like the Magic Kingdom at Disney World, where everything feels exciting and magical.

But in today’s Bible lesson, Jesus talks about another kingdom. He says, “The Kingdom of Heaven has come near.” Now, Jesus was not talking about a castle or a place with soldiers and golden crowns. He was talking about God’s Kingdom.

So what does God’s Kingdom look like? It looks like people helping one another. It looks like forgiveness instead of fighting. It looks like kindness, compassion, and love.

Every time someone shares with a friend, comforts a person who is sad, or includes someone who feels left out, a little piece of God’s Kingdom shines through.

The wonderful thing is that God invites all of us into His Kingdom. We do not need fancy clothes or a crown. We simply need hearts that are ready to love God and love other people.

This week, try to help God’s Kingdom grow wherever you are — at home, at school, or with your friends. Small acts of love can make a very big difference.

Good morning, girls and boys. Have you ever had someone whisper something to you? Usually whispers are secrets meant for only one person to hear. If a friend whispered a private secret to you, it would not be kind to run around shouting it to everyone else.

But today Jesus says something interesting. He tells His followers, “What you hear whispered, proclaim from the housetops.” What do you think He means?

Jesus is talking about the good news of God’s love. That is not a secret we should keep hidden. Jesus wants us to share His love with the world.

Now, most of us are probably not going to climb up on our roofs and start shouting. But we can still share God’s love every day.

We share it when we are kind to someone who feels lonely.
We share it when we forgive someone instead of staying angry.
We share it when we help at home without being asked.
We share it when we include someone who is left out.

Some people may never read a Bible verse, but they can still learn about Jesus by watching how His people live.

So this week, think about one special way you can “proclaim from the housetops” the love of Jesus — not just with your words, but with your actions too.

Good morning, girls and boys. Let me ask you a question. Has anyone here ever made a mistake? Maybe you forgot to do a chore, said something unkind, or argued with a brother or sister. We all make mistakes sometimes.

The truth is, nobody is perfect. Even grown-ups are still learning, growing, and trying to do better every day.

That is why today’s Bible lesson is such good news. Jesus reminds us that He came to help people who stumble and fall along the way. He does not turn away from us when we fail. Instead, He teaches us, forgives us, and helps us begin again.

Think about learning to ride a bicycle. Most people do not hop on a bike and ride perfectly the first time. There are wobbles and falls along the way. But little by little, with practice and encouragement, they improve.

Growing as a Christian is a little like that. We keep trying to follow Jesus by loving others, telling the truth, sharing, and showing kindness. Sometimes we fail. But God never gives up on us.

And the best part is that Jesus shows us the perfect example of how to live. When we look at His life — the way He cared for people, forgave others, and loved everyone — we learn how God wants us to live too.

So this week, remember this: you do not have to be perfect to be loved by God. Jesus walks beside you every step of the way, helping you grow stronger in faith and love.
