THE GOSPEL FOR CROWS
Our family keeps a stock of sugar beets and corn by the edge of the woods behind our house to feed the deer. We enjoy watching the deer feed every evening. One day we noticed a crow had found the pile of corn and began to regularly feed on the corn. A couple of days later the one crow brought a friend. The next evening there were three. And a couple of nights later there were ten. Lately, we’ve had more crows as eating guests than we can count! It seems good news spreads quickly among crows. If only we, as Christians, were as good as the crows in spreading the good news of Christ’s gospel. What a wonderful lesson of witnessing we learned from our feathered friends.
