GOD IS FAITHFUL
A pastor was visiting a farmer who was a member of his congregation. While there, the pastor noticed a windmill with an inscription at its base. The words were weathered and barely legible. Reading carefully, he made out the words: “GOD IS FAITHFUL.” The pastor turned to the farmer, “Do you mean that God’s faithfulness depends on the direction the wind is blowing?” “Oh, no,” said the farmer, “that’s not it at all. It means that regardless of which way the wind blows, God is faithful.”
