I just got around to reading a missionary book that was originally written back in 1973 under the title For This Cross I’ll Kill You , but has since been published under the title Bruchko . It is an amazing book, one I could hardly put down. It was written by Bruce Olson who went to South America as an untrained and unsupported 19- year-old. The story of his missionary experiences in reaching the Motilone tribe in Columbia is something else. It has to be read to be believed. Almost everything about this young man and his mission outreach is singular and I suspect without duplication. He tells about hearing the missionary challenge for the first time when he was 16 and a new convert.
