MOTIVATION
A little town in west Texas had their only oil well to catch fire. Every effort to put it out was uneventful and they didn’t have the money to bring in a professional. In desperation they offered $2000 to anyone who could successfully quench the flames. Immediately an unpretentious young farm hand applied for the job and promised to make his attempt early the next morning. Nearly everyone in town turned out (since most of them had invested in the well), and watched as the young man was seen coming over the hill in an old beat-up truck. The truck was completely covered with every relative the boy had. They were even hanging onto the fenders and standing on the running boards. The truck didn’t stop until it hit the oil rig itself.
