Comedian Henry Morgan tells the story of a yachtsman whose boat foundered in the South Pacific. A giant wave finally swept him ashore on an uncharted island. Warily he crept into the underbrush, and suddenly spotted a wisp of smoke ascending from the foliage in front of him. Was this a nest of savages? He got within a few feet of them, then heard a voice: “You idiot! Why did you throw away your high trump on that trick?
