WHAT MOTHER WANTS MOST
An eight-year- old was being interviewed on TV. The child came from a large family in which mother got up first, got the children off to school, got the father off to work, and then got down to the business of daily household chores. The child was asked, “What do you think your mother wants most?” And the boy replied immediately, “To go back to bed.” Sunday Sermons Treasury of Illustration, Vol. I, page 165.
