HURRY, HURRY
A young Marine corporal was newly transferred into the personnel office and was struggling with an impossibly high stack of forms. Every so often he would look up apprehensively, first at the slowly dwindling pile of work, and then at the lieutenant in charge. The corporal asked her anxiously, “Ma’am, when does this job have to be done?” The lieutenant answered crisply, “Tomorrow!” The corporal’s voice filled with panic. “Tomorrow?
