SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP
Someone wrote the editor of THE CHRISTIAN HERALD to ask how a couple could be assured a happy, harmonious marriage. The editor answered by telling about two children who had been told to practice a piano duet. Soon little Willie was found in the backyard playing in the sandbox. When his mother scolded him for leaving the piano, he said, “Well, I finished first!” No relationship will survive if one finishes before the other. No wonder so many of our faith relationships with God are so poor — we quit before God has barely begun.
