Which also reminds me of the old story of the Pastor who began his sermon with an apology. He said, “Friends, I must confess I am not well prepared this week. It has been a terribly busy week and I just didn’t have much time to prepare my sermon. I guess we’ll just have to rely on the power of the Holy Spirit. Next week I’ll try to come better prepared.”
