Anxiety is one of the hallmarks of our society. Daily preoccupation with such things as money and possessions or mindless pleasures or having control over other people’s lives is a stressful way of life. Commenting on this situation, Cavett Robert of the “National Speakers Association” said: “When my father missed a plane, he caught another one. When my grand-father missed a train, he caught one the next day. Their world did not come to an end. There were other trains and other planes. Today, we miss one section of a revolving door and our entire day is shot.”
