The father of three children was doing his best trying to mediate the usual family quibbling around the dinner table. Fast losing patience, he banged his fist on the table and said sharply, “Everybody wants his own way around here. Me, I’m just a poor, miserable father. When do I get my way for once?” Whereupon, his four-year-old son tugged at his dad’s sleeve and said earnestly, “Cry a little!”
