GET OUT OF JAIL FREE
Jorge Rodrigues, at age twenty-two, went before a Kenosha, Wisconsin municipal judge last November on a charge that he had hit a parked car while driving drunk. Rodrigues earnestly handed the judge a “Get out of jail free” card similar to the Monopoly game cards. The card had been distributed by a candidate for sheriff as a gimmick during the just-ended campaign.
