FAR REACHING WEIGHT LOSS
A doctor recommended a way to lose weight to his patient — run five miles a day for the next hundred days and lose fifty pounds. One hundred days later, the patient called his doctor and complained that he did not like this weight loss program. The doctor asked the patient if he had lost fifty pounds. The patient said he had. So what’s the problem. The patient answered, “The problem is that I am five hundred miles from home.”
