POWER FROM THE PUMP
A. J. Gordon went to a world’s fair and saw a man in a brilliant golden suit pumping water with an old hand pump. The water was just gushing out. Dr. Gordon mused, “That man is really pumping”. But when he moved closer, he found out that it was a wooden figure attached to a water pump attached to electrical power. The man was not pumping the water; the water was pumping the man. That is the “secret” of the New Testament church.
