DOGGIE SIREN
A man saw a boy who was riding a wagon with his dog pulling the wagon with a metal choker chain around his tail. Upon closer observation, the man saw that the metal choker chain was fastened to the dog’s tail instead of its neck. The man walked over to the boy and explained, “Son, if you put the choke chain around the dog’s neck, it would be so painful for the dog and you could go faster.” The boy thanked the man for his advice but told the man that he would prefer having the chain around the dog’s tail. “You see, sir, by having the chain around his tail I not only get a ride but I get a really cool siren as well.”
