NO WAY IN A MANGER
My daughter was three years old this past Christmas and loved to sing the carols she learned at Church. I listened as she sang a very familiar carol, but something did not sound right. I listened closer and heard her sing, “NO WAY in a manger.” She had missed the words, but somehow had caught a glimpse of a beautiful picture. The King of Kings, the Word became Flesh entering the world in a manger? No Way! Our human wisdom would have brought the Christ child in with a parade, but God choose a different way.
