WHAT ARE WE DOING?
A physician could not get his car started one cold winter morning. So he had the local dealership tow it in for inspection. The service manager was a not-so-patient patient of the physician who had resented the physician’s thoughtless use of unknown medical terms to describe otherwise known ailments. The service manager figured it was time to get back at the physician. He called the fine doctor about his car and said, “Doctor, we have completed the initial diagnosis and have determined that your car is suffering from pulmonary congestion of the anterior radiator, caused by solidification of aqua pura in its circulatory system. We have traced the apparent cause of this malfunction to a deficiency of spirits in its diets and seems to account for its low resistance to inclemency. After performing a hydrometer test and after consultation with our head mechanic, I have determined that the prognosis is excellent with the necessary resumption of circulatory functions.” And that…
