TWO OF DAVE’S TOP TEN
On Dave Letterman’s Late Show on November 25, 1994 Dave read his top ten list. He told the top ten “Things Overheard at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.” There were a few of them that were pretty funny. Number ten was “Watch out! The Amtrak float is heading this way!” Number seven was “Hey, the New York Giant’s float is going the wrong way. It’s losing yardage.” Sorry I did not include the other eight, but the other ones weren’t that funny. For those who want more than just two of the top ten, here is a compromise. Here are six more Thanksgiving Day-related ones to make a total of eight, but we had to get them from a different top ten list. Here goes:
