SURVEYING APATHY
A company hired a management consultant to determine why there was so much apathy among their employees. The consultant spent time with upper management to determine the company’s values, principles and policies. The consultant visited various departments throughout the company. The consultant prepared a survey and sent it to the employees of the company. But the consultant never determined why there was so much apathy among the employees of the company. None of the employees even cared enough to return their surveys.
