BARGAIN STATUES
A man was shopping in Washington D. C. and came across a quaint little shop called “The Bronze Palace.” Inside was an entire store of bronze statues and sculptures. The man browsed for a while until he came across a small bronze statue of a rat. He took the statue to the counter and asked the manager how much the rat cost. The manager told him that the rat would cost him ten dollars, and the instructions would cost five hundred dollars. The man said he did not want the instructions for that much money but he did want the rat. He paid the man ten dollars and left the store. As soon as he left the store, he noticed that he was being followed–by a rat. He looked again, and he saw that he was being followed by rats.
