LOST JESUS A
Presbyterian pastor was admiring a creche of the nativity that one of his parishioners purchased in Oberammergau years earlier. His hosts noticed that he was admiring the creche and explained the purchase. The pastor mentioned that there was no baby in the manger. His hosts replied, “Yes, we lost Jesus many years ago, and we haven’t bothered to replace him. This may be a common occurrence. Many of us may have lost Jesus many years ago and just haven’t bothered to get him back. Our lives without Jesus are no less complete than a nativity scene without a baby.
