BREAKS IN THE JOURNEY
A husband and wife were driving home after working at their Bible camp for a week. As they made the six-hour journey home, they took turns driving so one could rest while the other drove. The husband awoke and asked his wife if she wanted him to drive. She then told her husband that she was so tired that she could have fallen asleep forty-five minutes ago. The husband was concerned about her lack of good sense in not telling him this news forty-five minutes ago. After all, she could have dozed off and crashed the car! The wife assured her husband that there was no reason for concern. There was absolutely NO WAY she would have fallen asleep, regardless of how tired she was.
