LEADERS MUST LEAD
Leadership is the ability to lead. Don’t let the simplicity of the idea fool you. A leader must lead. Your are not a leader by virtue of your position, you are a leader by virtue of your performance. Your title does not determine whether or not you are a leader. It doesn’t make any difference if you change the label on any empty bottle. On the other hand, you may not have a title, and yet be the most significant leader in your organization.
